Kernel 4.9.44

Now running Linux kernel 4.9.44. Kernel 4.9.x is included in Slackware -current these days so I don’t have to  compile it myself very often.

Linux kernel 4.9.11

I’ve been running a self compiled kernel version 4.9.11 for the past couple of days and it seems to work. I also had to patch my legacy Nvidia drivers.

Linux kernel 4.4.43

Now running Linux kernel 4.4.43. I think I’m going to stick with this kernel for a couple of days, even if Greg Kroah-Hartman releases 4.4.44 this week.

Linux kernel 4.4.42

I’ve been running Linux kernel 4.4.42 the last two days and it seems to work well. Only two more patches and then we will have a palindrome…
